Mr. Tomás Saldaña-Mitre, B.Eng.

Tomás Saldaña-Mitre is an undergraduate Materials Science & Engineering student and member of the UC Davis Cycling Team. As a San Francisco native, Tomás is an avid cyclist and occasional golfer, both of which contributed to his materials engineering aspirations. He has a passion for dogs and is currently teaching himself the art of 3D modeling. Tomás is working in the McCormack lab as an undergraduate researcher investigating the manufacturing and optimization of ceramic materials for high temperature applications.
