Mr. Derek Culbertson, B.Sc.

Derek is from Northbrook, Illinois and received his Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines, where he researched molecular thermodynamics using MD simulations. Before university, Derek worked on high throughput supercritical CO2 separation technology. After graduating, he started at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory in the Tritium Operations group. Derek’s research focuses on metal hydride physics and processing.
